Socionics training

Trainings

All participants in the trainings conducted by the International Institute of Socionics receive access to the most effective methods in the field of personal development and interaction with people. The degree of familiarity with socionics does not matter for participation in the basic level training. Practice has shown that such socio-psychological training is interesting and useful for both beginners and those already familiar with socionics and the basics of psychology. At advanced levels, participants are expected to have basic socionic knowledge.

Psychological trainings

During psychological trainings, more attention is paid to the socionic and psychological characteristics of individuals. This helps

  • better understand yourself and other people;
  • find out how people differ and what makes them similar;
  • learn to evaluate the prospects of relationships with a particular person and correctly build interactions with him;
  • master the basic concepts of socionics and learn to apply them in practice.

Business trainings

Our basic level business training provides HR managers and executives with an effective tool for recruiting and placing staff. During the training, participants become familiar with new methods of working with staff and learn:

  • how to correctly select employees for a specific type of activity;
  • how to improve production relations;
  • How to assemble productive work groups.

Trainings for managers

Participation in the training for managers provides the opportunity to:

  • more effectively realize your managerial potential as a leader, as well as the capabilities of the team;
  • determine which employee is better suited to perform which task;
  • improve communication within the team;
  • choose who to entrust with solving new problems or mastering a new area of activity.

Psychological and business trainings are held in Kyiv and other cities as groups are formed. In case of corporate training, the training process may include analysis of situations and issues related to the specific activities of the team. Want to take the training? Sign up:
